Because of its closed-cell structure, the extruded board has a good thermal insulation function. Although foamed polyurethane has a closed-cell construction, its closed-cell ratio is smaller than that of extruded board. The extruded board is superior to other thermal insulation materials in terms of thermal insulation function, water absorption function or compressive strength, so it is also unmatched by other thermal insulation materials in terms of thermal insulation function.
Extruded board has unexpected compressive strength:
The compressive strength of the extruded board can reach 150-700 kPa or more according to the thickness of its different models, while the compressive strength of other materials is only 150-300 kPa or more.
The extruded board has a strong water absorption function:
Used under the road surface and roadbed, the waterproof penetration effect is very obvious. Especially in the north, it can reduce the occurrence of frost and frost-affected soil freezing, and effectively isolate the ground from moisture damage.
The extruded board adopts the double-drive pair-roller kneading technology, from feeding, mixing, extrusion, pulling, cutting, etc., in one go, the produced extruded board has a uniform thickness, less labor, 4-6 people.
The extruded board is a board with a continuous and uniform surface layer and a closed-cell honeycomb structure produced by polystyrene resin and other additives through the extrusion process.
