The amount of viscose used in particle board production is second only to MDF. Like MDF, it is also common in life after surface decoration. The high-quality decorative surface of the board is not easy to fall off, resistant to dirt and wear, fire and moisture. In addition, the three-layer structure particleboard with thick and thin sides in the middle is preferred.
Although Ousong board and Ausong board are imported from abroad, they are two different boards with similar sound. The Osong board material uses narrow and long thin flakes, while the Osong board is made of fine wood fibers. In terms of environmental protection, although Osong board is environmentally friendly, Osong board uses formaldehyde-free MDI glue, which has better environmental performance. Structurally, the three-layer directional pavement structure of Ou Song board makes it have high structural strength and strong nail holding force.
The pine board uses narrow and long flakes, while the particle board uses the pellets made of wood, and the wood fiber material of the particle board is smaller than that of the pine board. The particle board uses low-cost viscose, which is not as good as the Ou Song board in terms of environmental protection. Although there is a three-layer structure in the pavement, the structural strength and nail-holding force of the Ou Song board are better.
Although Australian pine is also a kind of medium density board, their production process is exactly the same, but the raw material of Australian pine board is Australian radiata pine with soft fiber and light white color. In terms of appearance, compared with ordinary MDF, it has higher density, longer fibers, good strength and smoothness, and the color is light yellow. Aosong board has the smell of pine, the color is yellow, and the density is high and uniform, while the ordinary MDF has a whitish surface and thick fibers.
